====== Submission terms ======

By submitting a location, you accept the following terms:

  - Your contribution will be published under the [[https://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/|Open Database License]].
  - It is //your// responsibility to make sure your contribution is compatible with the ODbL. Please consult our [[contributing:copyright-and-legal-guidelines|copyright and legal guidelines]] for further information.
  - The filming location database does //not// hold the intellectual property rights nor the exclusive right to your contribution. You are free to make use of your submitted data elsewhere.
  - If you submit a location without providing a name or e-mail address, you will //not// be able to assign those submissions to you at a later stage.
  - Your submission is sent by an unencrypted e-mail.
  - If you provide both your name/pseudonym and your e-mail, an account will be created, so we'll be able to assign those contributions to you
  - If you provide both your name/pseudonym and your e-mail, and at a later stage more community submissions will be submitted, your provided name/pseudonym will be visible on the front-end
  - The terms may be changed or updated at any time
