By submitting a location, you accept the following terms:

1. Your contribution will be published under the Open Database License.
2. It is your responsibility to make sure your contribution is compatible with the ODbL. Please consult our copyright and legal guidelines for further information.
3. The filming location database does not hold the intellectual property rights nor the exclusive right to your contribution. You are free to make use of your submitted data elsewhere.
4. If you submit a location without providing a name or e-mail address, you will not be able to assign those submissions to you at a later stage.
5. Your submission is sent by an unencrypted e-mail.
6. If you provide both your name/pseudonym and your e-mail, an account will be created, so we’ll be able to assign those contributions to you
7. If you provide both your name/pseudonym and your e-mail, and at a later stage more community submissions will be submitted, your provided name/pseudonym will be visible on the front-end
8. The terms may be changed or updated at any time
